Ding Laddu


Dink Laddu is a famous Maharashtrian laddu which makes use of various nuts in its preparation and it is a traditional winter dessert. These small round balls are rich with dry-fruits and gum.

Ingredients: Wheat Flour, Dink (Edible gum crystals or Gaund), Almonds, Cashews, Dates, Raisins, Nutmeg Powder, Jaggery, Caster Sugar(fine granulated sugar), Cardamom Powder, Ghee, Poppy Seeds, Ginger Powder.
