Jalebi also known as jilapi, jilipi, zulbia, mushabak and zalabia is an Indian sweet popular all over Asia. It is made by deep-frying maida or all-purpose flour batter in desi ghee which is then soaked in sugar syrup.

Ingredients: For Jalebi Maida or All-purpose flour, Curd, Baking Powder, Orange Food Colour, Cardamom Powder, Ghee. For Syrup Sugar, Water.
