Cham Cham


Cham Cham is a bengali sweet made by curding milk then shaping the partly solid cham cham to cylinder shape piece then cooked in sugar syrup to give it a soft texture. After cooking cham cham it is garnished with coconut and pistas.

Ingredients : For paneer Milk, Lemon Juice. For Sugar Syrup Sugar, Water, Cardamom Powder. For Garnishing Dried Coconut, Milk Solids(Khoya), Sugar, Pistachios.
