Angoori Rasmalai


It is a Bengali delicacy dessert that are Soft, Spongy and tiny round cottage cheese dumplings dunked in Saffron(Kesar) flavoured milk and garnished with tiny cutted dry fruits and rose petals. It is a type of saccharine that doesn’t need any festival or time to be swallowed. The cottage cheese dumplings resembles the size and shapes of grapes that’s why it is called Angoori Rasmalai.

Ingredients : Milk, Lemon Juice, Corn Flour, Baking Soda, Sugar, Water, Cardamom, Cashew Nut, Cardamom Powder, Saffron(Kesar), Rose Water, Edible Food Color, Dry Fruits tiny cutted for Garnishing.
